During its activity, the Ukrainian Business Council has achieved certain meaningful and effective changes which help to facilitate business activity and eliminate corruption. However, it is a continuous work and the list of achievements is being constantly updated.

Participation in introducing the unified register for VAT automatic refund
Pioneering project on the 3rd Generation cash registers introducing was launched
Law On the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine was adopted
Resolution on Labour Inspectors was optimized
Law On introduction of digital, free cash registers in smartphone, transition to the 3rd Generation cash registers was adopted
Law On the common transit regime and introduction of the national electronic transit system regarding grey import reduction was adopted.
Law On unification of SSST and IIT reporting was adopted
Law On access to non-personalised customs bases information and regulatory authorities reform were adopted.
Law on cancellation of SSST for ‘sleeping’ Individual-Entrepreneurs and part-time workers was adopted
Law On reduction of amount of fines to the optimal amount by results of labour inspection was adopted
Laws on de-offshorisation, anti-BEPS, accelerated depreciation, cash basis method for counterparts, and continued reform of the State Border Service and State Customs Service were adopted.
Law On increase of single tax limits for the simplified system was adopted
