Draft laws No. 1210, No. 1209-1, No. 4065 – De-offshorisation, anti-BEPS, accelerated depreciation, cash basis method for subcontractors, cash basis method for counterparts, and continued reform of the State Border Service and State Migration Service

Draft law No. 1233 – Reduction of amount of fines to the optimal amount by results of labour inspection

Draft law No. 2166 – Cancellation of SSST for ‘sleeping’ Individual-Entrepreneurs and part-time workers

Draft law No. 1210 – Increase of single tax limits for the simplified system;

Draft law No. 1057 – Unification of IIT and SSST reporting – reduced administration reporting and losses for the business owners

Draft law No. 1082 – Common transit regime and introduction of the national electronic transit system – contributes to grey import reduction

Draft law No. 1053-1 – Digital cash registers, free cash registers in smartphone, transition to the 3rd Generation cash registers

CORONA CRISIS 2020

In 2020, the whole world and Ukraine in particular, faced the most serious challenges in the last few decades. Negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic was exacerbated by the beginning of the global economic crisis. Measures taken by authorities to stop the spread of virus had negative impact on economic performance. The Ukrainian Business Council and Analytical centres, strategic partners of the UBC, joined to cooperation with the authorities from the very beginning when quarantine measures were introduced, and prepared joint advice for the new government for macrostabilisation of the national economy.

Official statements to ease quarantine and participation on ‘Quarantine kills’ campaign

Participation in online conference for discussion of possibility to change the quarantine from total into risk-oriented

Branch-related consultations with the Chairperson of the Tax Committee were organised to support the domestic production

The UBC members and experts got engaged to anti-crisis media communications
