Russia’s constant targeted attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities have radically changed – and continue to change – the quantitative and qualitative structure of the Ukrainian energy sector. Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of an enterprise or institution in the face of constant power outages and the threat of possible blackouts is relevant for all regions of the country. Businesses are increasingly looking for alternative ways to ensure uninterrupted electricity supply, such as building own power-generating facilities or leasing them, using various technologies for energy supply, etc.
